- Acquiring Effectus Group, deepening the firm’s presence in the San Francisco Bay area and its capabilities to address clients’ most pressing accounting and capital markets needs as well as offering industry perspective to high-growth technology companies and the life sciences sector.
- Acquiring Yantra, a technology and advisory services provider with a broad range of expertise to address the pressing needs of technology-enabled CFOs, bringing additional scale in data science and analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), and platform integrations.
